Position Overview

The role is responsible for strategy formulation and implementation of all domains – Operations, IT, HR and Sales.Key aspects include growth & business expansion strategy, market entry strategy, competitor analysis, and financial modelling and analysis and front end valuation.

Responsibilities

  •  Business plan evaluation and modelling : Have an in depth knowledge of competition and brands and ability to influence the market
  •  Create and drive the Go-to market strategy: Conceptualize strategies and implement by liaising with cross-functional teams to create value for the brands and Zimply
  •  Competitive Intelligence : well versed with the dominant players in the market and ensure how we can make Zimply a differentiated platform
  •  Market Research: Know the market: Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find exclusive opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc.
  •  Know the consumers : Deeply understand customer behavior, develop new customer insight
  •  New Initiatives: Explore marketing, operational recommendations as part of research; analyse and drawconclusions based on the implications of findings.
  •  Analyse potential of new product ideas based on market modelling, business/marketplace plans.
  •  Analytics: To be involved in complex data analytics, develop forecasts and statistical models

Requirement

  •  4-6 years of experience with 2-3 years in Management Consulting or Corporate strategy
  •  Tier 1 engineering college and management colleges
  •  Ability to connect with people across teams and levels
  •  Excellent analytical skills including strong ability to identify and solve highly ambiguous problems
